Have you ever had "supernatural" stuff happening at your place?

You are normally walking in your room from the kitchen to the bedroom and then suddenly you feel a cold hand slap your shoulder, you whip around to find nothing but air! You hear strange voices and when you investigate, there is no one there and then sometimes the door closes and open automatically when there is no wind passing in a certain room.
Well all this was what my uncle and aunt experienced at their old home. I was a kid but I had experienced few things too. My cousin was playing with a football and when he jumped in the air to kick it, he flew across 7+ feet and hit is head on the steel gate and was busted open!
There was something unholy about that house and further investigation revealed that before the construction of the house, that place was a cemetry! Though my aunt and uncle were lucky to escape before too much damage had been done.
But if I sit down and start listing all the things I or my family experienced there, the list would be pretty long. So that brings me back to the discussion. Do you believe in supernatural stuff? Have you ever experienced it? Or do you know anyone who has?

i've never encountered any supernatural stuff ever in my life but that doesnt mean i dont believe in it!
My mother and father use to live in India before my birth in a very old house which belonged to some britisher, anyways it was a singly story house with a large vacant roof, my mom says during the night they used to hear somebody stomping on the roof and running about but when my dad used to go up to investigate he found nothing!
There was a room where my mom kept all the junk and she used to tell me that no matter how heavily that door was bolted and padlocked it never remained that way! it appeared that somebody always undid the bolts and padlocks and left the door open!
When all of this really began to creep my mom out she got the wrost shock of all, once late night she got up to have a sip of water and saw someone dressed in all white standing in their bedroom door staring at my mom and dad! she yelled and woke up my dad who also saw someone run out of the room, my father gave chase but the figure seemed to vanish into thin air! that was just too much for my parents they left the house in the morning!
Thank God i never faced anything like that! i dont know how i would cope if i ever do!

Creepy! That was some experience that your mom and dad experienced. Although people say that these things do not harm anyone but in my opinion they do. I mean my cousin could have been killed! and not to forget my cousin sister who saw something that made her lose her voice for 3 weeks! Thanks for responding :)

No, never had any supernatural stuff happening in my house, but I do believe it does happen. The Amityville Horror freaked me out.
I get all creeped out if I start watching that show crossing over with John Edwards. I think because we don't know what actually happens to people when they die, we shouldn't blow off the strange happenings that occur.

I've had some really strange things happen at the house I live in. The main part of the house was built in 1833, and the next addition 1865, the newest addition in 1965. Strange things sometimes occur in the oldest part of the house. One night I was sleeping and I got up to go to the bathroom. Lying in the middle of the floor was a large oval mirror that hung on the wall (3 feet away). Next to the mirror was a magnifying glass (the kind with a handle). It was all lying there just like somebody had placed it there and was looking into the mirror with the magnifier. I looked at the hanger on the wall, it was still there. I looked on the back of the mirror to see if it's hanging wire was broken...it wasn't. There is no way it could have come off the wall and slid to the floor over there without breaking the glass objects on the table that was below the mirror on the wall. Never was able to figure that one out!
Then once in the kitchen, also in the oldest part of the house, I had a big bird feeder my Dad made sitting on a chair by the door. This bird house weighed about 20 pounds or so, and had a 1 foot hollow metal pipe on the bottom to fit it onto the pole outside. It was sitting on it's roof, on the chair, waiting for me to get around to re-stain it. I was across the room doing dishes when I heard this heavy 'thump/crash'. I turned around and the bird house was still on it's roof, but it was halfway across the room on the floor! The entry door it was sitting by was closed, as was the window...there was no way a breeze could have moved it, it was too heavy to even consider. There was nobody home but me, the dog was outside, and there was no way that thing could have moved over there by itself. There
s many, many more unexplainable things that have happened in this house. Nothing bad, just unexplainable...things that make you go 'hmmmmmmmmmm'.

Right now I live in the end unit of a 4 unit townhouse. I lived in the one right next door a few years ago (long story, I'll save that one for another post).
Anyways, in the evenings after my kids were in bed. I'd be sitting in the living room and I'd hear water running. Of course, my first thought was always "what are my kids into now?" so I'd go up to the bathroom but nothing would be going. Back in the living room, I could still hear running water so I'd go in the kitchen to find that my kitchen tap was running cold water.
This happened about 6 times in the 2 years that I lived in that unit.
