I want to unsubscribe

I joined ippomails.com and 500cents-500dollars.com but i want to unsubscribe from them. These are non-paying sites. You earn but never get paid. But i don't know how to unsubscribe from them. Anyone there who knows how to go about it?

Well, the bad news is you have to stay inactive and wait until they remove you. I have been trying to be unsuscribed myself and it seems to me it is a headache. Sorry, that I can't help.

Have you tried to ask admins to unsubscribe you? Write them a letter and ask them to exclude you from the members list. Another way is to stay inactive, though this way is rather dubious.

I wrote an e-mail to them but they haven't done anything. I really want to be out of their lists.
