First of all I have twenty four referrals and looking for more :) The people who have one fifty, eighty or seventy five referrals are working from a long back here in myLot as I am working since three months I am able to get twenty four referrals uptill now and the referrals are doing nothing to me, therefore, I don't really want to have more referrals I can earn money at my own :) but as the topic is about how to get referrals so the answer is, I adverstises my referrals in my blog in my friends web portal and most importantly the forums like orkut :) Apart from this I myself distributed the links in my friends and on online chat rooms! These are the easiest way of getting referral according to me :) The rest is upto you!

I agree with you, I for an example have not even 1 referral, may be I'm doing something wrong, I realy don't know.
