Binary is computer language (a type of jargon)
each digit in a type of sequence is a command that the computer understands, it works sort of like moorse code, It was the first language that computers were built to understand and people have just created more sequences and extended on that language, if you are interested in the binary there are many books and possible sites that can be more explainatory. It is an interesting language to learn. I am learning about binary in my computer technicians course.
