Losing weight is not a whim - it is not something you wave a magic wand over and say be gone! You are responsible for your weight - you are the one that needs to realize that you have a weight problem because you have a lifestyle to support it.
You need to change your lifestyle. You are eating to much junk food, to many carbohydrates and you are not exercising enough.
Diets do not work - you go on a diet only to go OFF a diet and usually you will gain more weight than you lost in the first place.
Realize that you are in control - that this body of yours is your responsiblity.
Eat healthy foods and control the amount of carbohydrates you eat each day.
Get regular exercise - regular scheduled exercise. You need to do that at least (and I mean at least) three times a week for at least 30 minutes at a time. Always check with your doctor before going on any exercise or change of lifestyle program.
