Its been days since ive been craving for an ice cream, but im concern about my diet. Ive noticed that ive gained a few extra pounds and may have gained a few more if i didnt control myself. But is it really worth to cut down the cravings since im not that big though?

i have bought ice cream in the supermarket few weeks ago that is low fat & with the Splenda sugar that be most great for your diet plan. just give in yourself a few scoops of that ice cream as to satisfy your cravings though. or try to make a nonfat yogurt into your fridge then consider eating a yogurt ice cream when it will freeze enough that it's still smooth & fluffy. i usually make this food with my nonfat yogurt added with slices of fresh strawberries or sometimes fruit cocktail then stay at fridge for almost 3 hrs. then enjoy my yogurt ice cream dessert already without feeling sorry for my weight.

Try something else that lower in fat. Maybe low fat yogurt.I also love ice cream and junk foods but too much of them will harm you.My cholestrol level is high and i am only 26.Even do exercise not help you much if you do not control your diet, that is what my doctor tell me.Get healthy diet.Take more vegetable, low fat diet, less sugar. You can still enjoy foods while stay healthy.I know it may not as easy as looks because ice cream sometimes are too tempting to avoid.Anyway, good luck.

If you want to lose weight then you need to cut back on fatty foods and watch your calorie intake. You can have some ice cream but only a little bit!
