do you have any tutorial how to write a novel?

I think I have some ideas in my head that I can write a novel. But how do I begin? Do you have any clue or tutorial what to do to begin writing a novel?

I don't have any tutorials and i've never attempted it but i would like to one day. I think the first thing to do would be create the characters and the relationships between them. Work on those in great detail before you start writing the story. Then split the story up into sections and decide what you want to happen in each one and what effect it will have on the characters.
