how did the tamil tigers in sri lanka originate?did indira gandhi had any hand in creating the ultras?

the tamil tigers originated during the leadership of inira gandhi and yup she had a big hand in their formation!!!
it was announced that U.S were going to deploy a naval base in sri lanka.so indira gandhi for safety's sake trained a special batch of the indian army and sent them to sri lanka to creat unrest to avoid the coalitiuon forces from getting their desire fulfilled!!!
