Chocolates or Flowers

I prefer giving flowers to my girl friend. I always send flower every year on valentine. I never give chocolate because i consider it a lit tle bit of childish.

I'm a girl and I would personally like to receive flowers over chocolates. I think chocolates are really ordinary and not all that special. You can get chocolates from friends, but you (usually) only get flowers from your special someone.

This Valentine's Day he gave me BOTH! ;-) I don't think I'd be able to choose between the two. If he was only going to give me one, and thought of it himself, I'm sure he'd make the right choice. He's very romantic when it comes to gifts.

I don't have any girlfriend till now...But I would have in future ,then I shall prefer flowers to chocolate...What about you moumita ??

I have bad experience offering flowers to my girlfriend. I guess she is a practical woman and prefer some more practical gifts. If I have choose I have to pick the chocolate since it is a practical gift.

Yes, chocolates are tasty, but they just wouldn't seem as special to me. They wouldn't last long because I'd eat them all right up - and they definitely wouldn't be as romantic. So I'd have to go with the flowers. I love both but I think receiving flowers is a lot more special and meaningful than chocolate. A lot of people can get you chocolate, but not too often does a girl receive flowers. ;)

I love to get a bokay of flowers from my loved one.

i'm a girl and i personally would like to get chocolates than flowers because i love sweets especially chocolates a lot. at the same time, i am a plant lover that's why i don't like flowers having no roots at all, i want them safe and cozy with the roots because they'll just die after two to three days without them. while chocolates gives me the feeling of blush and real happiness, i don't know why, i just love them. ans i feel that it's better having them becasue i can eat them, while flowers would simply rot and then smell foul afterwards.

Well its really confusing coz I like both chocolate and flowers.Though I am not crazy about chocolates but still I would prefer getting chocolates from my boyfriend.I think thats more cute and sweet,and flowers are obviously more romantic.But I think chocolates can also create that romantic essence sometimes.
