Roses - what else to do with them?

My girlfriend loves roses. I've given her all sorts of flower arrangements and bouquets of roses. I'm thinking of doing something different this time, like making something out of roses or doing something different to a rose to make it special and unique; or maybe use it for something else that I can craft for her. Any suggestions/advice?
