I believe that there are many people use msn,but have you ever tried msn cartoon beta? It's a website where you can creat your own cartoon charactor by simply upload your own photo.It's kind of interesting. http://cartoon.msn.com.cn it's the chinese verison, I dont know if there's an english web.

it looks funy, but i don't kno chinese lenguage :/, and i had not find in my lenguage, maybe i made a wrong search, or juast i need to wait sometime
