A swimming bugin my swimming pool

I found an insect swimming in my pool, has 2 long back legs like a leaping frog and four small front legs has hard wings like the june bugg but they are clear/see through and swims fast. It's head is shapped like a bee's head and it's eyes are also like a bee's eyes. It has a stinger on the front on the mounth. It does not like being outside of the water. What is it?
