Yellow star(8)or Silver star(7)..

hi there everybody ..please help me out of this..yesterday i had a yellow star with a 8 rating..today it has changed to silver with a 8 rating..how does all this work?..how did i decrease in my performance or did i gain my porformance?..doeas the star rating have anything to do with the earning?..someone please help me out of this.

mylot has send me a alert regarding reputation updation.it was mention tht ..there was some prob with the server due to which reputation was not being update for several days.. now updating process are working wel..

hey friend, as you have mentioned, a star rating falling down, so i must tell you, this thing happned today with many more friendsin mylot, infact it is nothing but just bug, so dont worry , mylot staff gonna fix it very soon, its not a issue actually, be happy and best luck!!

okie that means a silver star rating is lower than the yellow star rating?..and whats the theory behind these stars?

Don't panic hun there seems to be a tecnical fault on Mylot, i had the same problem earlier today but i now have my stars and more just be patient they will be back
