Allied troops out of Iraq?

Do you think Allied troops should pull out of Iraq now? Or should the prepare to be there for the next 5-10 years (at the cost of American lives and $$$?) or should there be a definite pullout plan, which would give victory to the terrorists who have gathered there and would focus a devastating campaign around the time of the scheduled withdrawal?
