What do you think of welfare?

It goes both ways.I have been on welfare before. Key word before.It really does help people out who say don't have a good enough education with kids and need a little help untill they say complete highschool and or college. True there are plenty of people who just figure well if i'mgetting money for nothing i'm going to keep doing nothing even though I could make more doing something. I think welfare should never be taken away from the people who are truely benefiting from it. They could be more strickt with whom they give access to these help programs but there not and that's why it will always go both ways untill the system changes some rules for being qualified to the services.
