Did Robin Uthappa's aggression eased off, burden on Sehwag Shoulders ?

India couldn'thave asked for a better way to end their prepartion for the world cup than the facile win over Srilanka. It was a challenging total alright, but the Indian made light of it with a dazzling displayof batsmanship. Robin Uthappa stated it all with a power-packed innning that brought forth appreciation from virendra sehwag at the other end. what Uthappa's aggression did was to ease the burden on sehwag's shoulders, so that he could take his time, rather than look to attack as the target was pretty big one.

yes I think Uthappa is one of the finds of this tournament. Let us hope that success does not go his head and he continues to be an asset to the team.

Yes, you are right. As there is no pressure on mounting asking rate, Sehwag could take his time to build his innings. The unfortunate thing is he took his own time to reach the crease also. The way Robin played in the few matches is wonderful. But, may be, he need to cool down a bit after the initial burst to get a big score. The mode of dismissal in the last match after reaching his half-century was not really pleasing.

Robin helps sehwag to get his concentration back. The rate at which he stricking is great that helps sehwag to get some time to thing As far as the dismissal is concern after reaching his half century is a matter of concern area He get relax when he reaches to half century He is better player and good career ahead of him

YES he of course did it..... he is certainly a good player..... abt sehwag i wud like to say as i said in some discussions........ i think sehwag has lost touch and is not performing to his fullest potential...... The sehwag who had hit 300 vs a team like australia is not the same now.....may be he is not fit or whatever may be the reason...... But now i feel that BCCI has given him a proper jerk by not selecting him for couple of games vs srilanka ...... He would have understood that if he does noy perform well,he will be thrown out of the indian team....... Now i feel that he will perform well in world cup for TEAM INDIA!!!!!!!!!! 3 cheers for TEAM INDIA!!!!!!!!!! hip hip hurray........ hip hip hurray........ hip hip hurray........ tc.... enjoy!!!!!!!!!!
