My lot admin are brilliant

I have written to admin on admin a couple of times and they have Been brilliant and answered me , but today was exceptional , I started to write my discussions today and I couldn't believe my eyes , I had gone down to a 2 star, The first star I ever got was an 8 I think it was 2 days later I was pleased to See it go to a 9 then quickly it was a ten , BUT A 2 ?, I felt so upset I emailed them , I started to write a discussion about it to ask for advice , by the time I had 3 answers my 10 was back , it was so quick , Then about 10 minutes later I got an answer to my email , saying it had Been a glitch and all was back to normal my 10 , That was really quick , I think they are brilliant , I have Been on sites where I AM STILL waiting for an answer to emails , well done admin on MY Lot xx

These are really good news,weemam. I´ve contacted them once about a payment question and received an answer within 12 hours. It certainly was a pleasant surprise. It´s good to know that you also received a quick answer. Your post might encourage people to email the site´s staff when they notice s.th. unusual. I´m glad you got your 10 star back. Keep up the good work.

I saw the alert about the glitch in the system too. But no matter what....you'll always be a '10' to your friends!

Well i am really pleased with it,well their are 70,000+ people and think how much mail did they get and answering them has made the admins to stand and own the internet earning program.Well mylot and mylotters and their admin RROXSS

yes i have to agree with you on that, and extremely good customer support system...lol...i did'nt realised i'd lost my stars till they sent me an alert to say it was all sorted, best thing is i got 2 extra stars xx

It is great to hear that the admin are taking such an active roll in running this website. On the like of eBay I have waited up to 3 days for a response, which is just not on. Well donee mylot admins!!!

I agree..the administrators of mylot have a good eye and sense about them..they will be fair and will right any wrong..So ..no one should ever complaing about mylot..there may be some members that may be questionable at times.but the administration is a-1:)+

yes, that's why mylot is the best site that pays! not only we have fun discussing anything, we also get some money and we got attention from the site admin.. this is just amazing!

tell me about it. i had problems with admins who didn't respond to my e-mails, and that made me really mad. if the admins here at mylot are that reliable then we can rest assure we are in good hands and that the community will grow.

I'm glad that you got your star back, and that the admin staff were so good to you. I'd love to say that I've had the same experience with them, but unfortunately I haven't. I am still missing a day's earnings from over a week ago, yet despite my e-mailing admin, nothing has happened. I'm not so bothered about the money, it'll only be a few cents, but an explanation would have been nice.

You are one lucky chap that you have the support of mylot admin. Even i have been with the promptness of mylot admin but not with my rating. It is still down. Probably i should wait for more time and see my rating improve.

It is nice to reach the 10 again for me I started at 6 and I'm now 8 and never come up more than 8. But if you read your alerts today you'll see that there was an error in the system for calculating the star ratting.

Well I do agree with you that the myLot admins are really helpfull. I remember that when I joined this site first and began answering and opening discussions, I say that payment had been updated and mine wasn't due to the difference in time zones and they (admin) was kind enough to explain me this. That is when I really started trusting myLot :)

I have found that mylot does answer their emails from the members pretty quick. I have had a couple of occassions to email them and got a quick reply. That means that they are right on top of things. Just another thing I like about mylot.

I'm glad you got your star rating back so quickly. I've heard nothing but good reports about the MyLot admin team from members like yourself and its very reassuring to know that if ever I need help, they will hopefully be prompt and willing to sort it out. When they fix the problem so quickly, it gives you faith in a website who's administrators obviously care about their members. Thanks for sharing and I'm glad you got your rating back again :)
