Do you condone the actions of Jigsaw in the Saw series?

How can the actions of Jigsaw possibly be justified? I don't argue with the fact that he has been through a lot, and the shock of being diagnosed with cancer would be bad, but what gives him the license to do what he does? He says that he puts people through tests while in actuality, he is testing the fabric of humanity or something like that. What gives Jigsaw the right to play around with people's lives? The people that he targets may be substance abusers and other forms of what he terms as 'lowlifes' but he has no right to do anything that endangers their lives. He claims that he killed nobody. That is an outright lie. He was personally responsible for their deaths and so, guilty of killing them. What do you think?

I kinda agree with what your saying about him lying and was tortured and brought up and the way things are you can't really blame him. I'm not saying that what he has done is the right thing but what I'm trying to say is I guess I can kinda understand why he has done that.. I still think he should have been put down the first time they had the chance. Awesome post :)

Of couse I don't condone it. He has good reasoning for what he is doing but that does not give him the right to torture and kill people. There are many people in this world that are currupt but if we decided to kill all of them than man kind would actually sice to exist. He has no right at all to do what he has done in the trillogy.

Calm down mate, these are just films and are not based on the real world of which we reside! Mind you the reason he plays around with peoples lives is because he can and the writers have written him that way!
