How do I get my str rating to go up?

I have been on this site for a while now and have been earning an ok amount of money. I post discussions on a pretty regular basis and also answer discussion questions pretty often. The only thing I haven't done is refer people for the fact that I don't know anybody that would take the time to sit here and answer discussion questions like I do. I just can't seem to get my star rating to get any higher. My rating has been 8 since the whole new star rating thing began. Why am I stuck at 8? I need help.

dont worry your rateings will go up. if you keep posting good discussion an responses.i think you are doing a good job.just hang in there an you will see a change in your rateings,an remeber to rate your discussion an responses.good luck to you
