I've seen some programs for data entry but they always ask you for a "one time training materials fee". Which I think is probably just a scam where you pay them for the materials and then never make your money back. It's awful.

If they ask you for money it is most likely a scam. There is a tiny bit of legit survey and data entry work, but most are frauds.

well 1 out of 100 will be genuine You should be very lucky to find the one which really pays . i don beleive any of them

99% of survey sites are scams. Regarding data entry, it is not the entry work. They do give some typing work and pay very less which will not even cover the cost. Some data entries are like cut and paste in the website, highly time consuming and less rewards, again not labour worthy. Surveys - they announce that minimum payout is after reaching 1000 points which they make sure you do not reach. Some sites say that Asian countries and african countries' views are not taken, hence you cannot participate in the survey. Some sites announce that they conduct a draw and money will be paid according to draw. I have done more than 150 surveys not a single site has paid the money. The moment I see a survey, I unsubscribe to it immediately, because they say 15 minutes, however fast you are, it take 1 hour to complete for a mere 1 $. So my feeling is both data entry and survey works are nothing but scams, if not all, most of them.

There was a No $$ investment site I was sent almost a yr. ago I tried to do, but lost the link to it. Any of them that require $$ like to Type from home, are I am sure Scams.

Yup, some of this sites are in the same form of promotion. They just want to annoy those people to enter to enter their site and by then it comes more pop-ups. many among those "paid survey" were not truly comes for being real.

Yes everything that asks for a security deposit is a scam. In the first place if they are genuine, why do they want deposits from customers. This is just like chain system. Don't become a victim of these things.

The general rule is that if they require a fee for their services, it is a scam. There are legit work from home companies (I work for one), but they do not require money for you to work for them. Remember, if you are the one doing the work, then they should be paying you.
