Tattoo's

Basically what is everyones thought of body art? Is there such a thing as too much? What in your oppinion is socially acceptable and what isnt?
seccondly if you have work please explain it here!!
myself i have 12 tattoo's.
I have a cross on my left arm with an arm band underneith it that represents everyone in my family.. there are 8 "orbs" in the cross its self, 4 are colored in for 4 members in my family that i have lost, the other four are for the members still here and theirs will be filled in with the unfortunate case of losing them as well.
I also have a strange affixiation with wolves as 5 others are based on them alone heh. I also have my last name done in old english on the back of my neck and have recently got two tribal emblems on my shoulders representing paintball (another big thing in my life) and a dragon in tribal on my right calf.
So lets here yur thoughts on it and or the work you have had done :)

No offence taken at all either!! that was the reason why i started this discussion was for people to give their oppinion on either side of the matter. as a matter of fact i think there are a lot of people going out and getting really stupid designs in my oppinion. Mine might look the same to some people as well but at least im not gonna ave dafy duck on my rear when im 80 haha. But thanks for your oppinion on this and i would like to hear more like this!! maybe if you could expand your thought a bit though on how or why you think they are dirty?

I have zero tatoo's and don't plan on getting any as of right now. Well I really can't say I don't plan on getting any I do but not now is what I meant. When I'm about 18-20 years old I'm prabobly going to get a tatoo on my shoulder just like something really cool. And get my eyebrow pierced cuz I just think that'd look totally rad on me. So whoot. And wow your tatoo's sound pretty cool.

Thats cool bud!! deffintaly give it a lot of thought of what you want to get done.. after all. piercings can be removed and they heal over. Tattoo's on the other hand your with for life! unless your like the guy below this post who had them all removed heh. All 12 of my tattoo's minus the tribal emblems on my back for paintball where all my own designs and took me a good 4 years of planning my whole chest plate and back piece. as well as both half sleeves im going i for as well
