Comunication can be a big cause of suffering, should we instate tougher regulations, like mandatory english tests for migritory workers. A mandatory communication skills class for kids in 9th -12th grade or K-12. My high school required at least a year of forien language, I think thease all may be good ideas. Do you agree?
