Its as easy as cake walk. What you want do is always talk/ read/ write/ discuss/ make notes all in engish, if it is wrong or right. You'll succeed in future with the superiority in the language. Keep a pocket dictionary, listen to BBC world News (TV) and transistor for listening to All India Radio English News, try to find out the meaning of difficult words and use those words in everyday language, try to understand the idioms and try to use them, read 1 good english newspaper every day. English will be yours.

The only way to be fluent in the language is to speak it, write it and watch good english programme and news. Listen to how the language is used and spoken. Of course you have to learn the rules of the language too.
