If my daughter doesn't have surgery by the time she is 8 she will not live

Oh wow, I'm sorry to hear that. How old is your daughter? Also, don't beat yourself up, it isn't you fault at all, and try your best not to worry, as hard as it may be. I would get the surgery as soon as you can. Sometimes these conditions don't present themselves unless something else is wrong. Doctors can't see everything and don't look for everything, so don't blame them. And definitely do not blame yourself! You did not do anything wrong.
