Is the c language is base for all other language. If you know c then tell me

well see it depends where are you moving ! see c is the most basic language which has its wide application over system programming and etc ! and c++ is based on oops so it will help you to lead with other technologies which support OOPS and alike ! that means check out yourself whether you want to move in administrative filed or programming filed !

Apart from other articles see this one. http://cm.bell-labs.com/cm/cs/who/dmr/chist.html C is most certainly NOT the basis for all other programming languages ... No one programming language can claim that.

language is just a language, i don't know it true or not. it's just like the difference between Chinese and english. They all can do everything. but sometime C is very close to the hardware. if you do something like drivers of hardware, i think it had better to use c language. but sometime it is not the only way and simple way to do special program. but the concept is the same. so if you know the c language very well, the other language the same.
