Is having young relationships offence

I think its just an offense when the person your having a relationship with is a minor, or if your asking if its ok that the younger generation today are getting themselves more involved in relationships- well personally, i think its really not an offense- however, there are certain risks that we should look out for- since the couples are of young age- here in my country the age range of couples having a relationship is getting younger and younger to as young as even 10 yrs old- personally, i dont think its good because theyre too young to understand what a relationship is all about and they might get carried away- by this i mean- they might get pregnant at an early age- which is starting to happen here-and this will really jeopardize their future- so for me, i wish parents would do something about this.

When I was a teenager, I see adults in a bad way. As I was young and stupid, I got manipulated a lot from them. I know not all of them. I learned a lot also. Nevertheless it doesn't seem right.
