I love coffee, can't last a day without it.. You can say that I'm 'sort-of' addicted to it now.. I would get a headache in the afternoon whenever I missed my coffee in the morning..
Before, many would tell me not to drink coffee since it's bad for my health.. but these days, I see more and more coffee commercials telling us of the benefits of coffee.. hmm... kinda confusing, how about you? What do you think are the advantages and dissadvantages of drinking coffee?

Coffee gets me going. It's my energizer early in the morning, my pick-me-up on sluggish afternoons. It gives me that jolt of energy I need to stay alert at work. I used to take upto 5 cups a day. But after having a severe case of UTI which led to pyelonephritis (the uti reached the kidney), I drink coffee only occasionally now. I still get to enjoy it, but in moderation.

Drinking coffee in the morning is like a morning ritual for me. I just really can't start a day without it. I believe that everything has it's advantages and disadvantages including coffee. I guess if you only drink in moderation then it's ok.

Can you see the connection between not drinking coffee and the headache? I don't. Well, I'm sort of addicted to coffee too but I don't let myself can't live without it.
People in my office don't drink coffee and they asked me whether I got headache if I don't drink coffee. They know how I try to not to take coffee sometime. I told them it's the feeling of wanting to have the coffee is bothering me, so no headache at all.
I don't know whether headache is for heavy drinker if they don't take coffee.

I HAVE TO have my coffee, LOL!!! I can barely even function without starting my day drinking coffee.
In the Winter I drink coffee all day ... but of course, I then have trouble sleeping at night.
Even in the heat of summer I start my morning with at least a couple of cups of coffee, but then switch to a caffeinated soft drink throughout the rest of the day.

I love coffee! Everything in moderation is okay, coffee included. It's not evil, you know LOL. Now findings have shown that coffee actually lowers the incidence of liver cancer. And that it contains antioxidants. Oh joy! There's actually something good about coffee aside from the morning "kick"! :)

I read in many articles, one - two cups of coffee a day is healthy. More than that isn't healthy anymore. Like they say, too much of anything is bad for you.
I drink one cup a day of coffee, sometimes two. If I want to drink more, I take the decaf.

I also love coffee. It perks me up and keep my brains running. I also cannot last a day without it. Especially in the business I am in, I always need coffee. It has been part of my days whenever I meet up clients in my office-Starbuks!(all branches) lol!
