Milk is linked to insulin resistance and the metabolic symdrome. Do you think milk is made for humans to drink? Do you think it is healthy for us?

This is a complicated question for me to answer, especially from a biblical standpoint. I really cant say whether I think milk is appropriate for us to drink or not. I was raised with it, and only in the past year have I tried to completely go over to soy or rice milk myself. We arent vegan, but we seem to be headed that direction somewhat unintentionally. The calcium in milk is a huge plus, but if you are going to do milk at all at LEAST make sure its 100% organic.

We drink hormone free milk, the hormones in milk is what scares me. I've read that a lot of other countries drink goats milk, it's supposed to be easier to digest. I just heard a blip on the news about camels milk, that's supposed to be supreme, but it's hard to milk a camel since they only let down for 90 seconds. Don't ask me why I remembered that lol. I think it would be hard to phase dairy out of my family's diet. I tried going 100% vegan but couldn't manage it.

I think milk is made for us to drink. I remembered my professor told me once that milk is almost a complete food. Milk is very healthy when it is organic, I don't know about processed milk but there are hazards other scientists claim in some magazine articles

Yes, milk is also for human beings bcos it is good for health when we were born and it should still remain good. But its better if you can get milk which is not commercialized too much.

It is if its pasteruzied. Its calcium and vitamin D for our bones. Yeah, I think milk is made for humans to dry and it's healthy, in America anyway, but its up to you whether or not you want to drink it. Its better for your body than pop/soda.
