actually NO it is never the victims fault. No one asks to get raped. Don't blame the victim, thats just wrong

I think maybe it makes them feel like that have some type of "power" or something. Also, just plain evil and the ways of the devil.

Inhuman? Please, many of these people were raped when they were younger and didn't know better. They grew up being molested by someone close to them as a part of their daily schedule, as if it was nothing out of the ordinary. When they become adults, they don't know better. They aren't some sick, emotionless people who only want to see others hurt. The ones who weren't emotionally damaged may be like that, but don't assume that they're all hateful people.

Education or the lack of it has nothing to do with the people who are rapists. It is a myth that illiterate people are more likely to be rapists. Another popular myth is that women invite rape by dressing provocatively. Rapists are basically deranged people and they are as likely to rape a skimpily clad person as a they are, a person clad completely from head to foot. Yet another myth is that rapes generally take place in pubs and discotheques and the like. Studies and statistics reveal that a rape can occur anywhere. Place really has no significance. Yet another myth is that rapists target strangers. This too is just a myth. In fact, several rapists target their own family members and relatives.
