I love my parent very much, But I was never a good communicator. Now there is an instance where my mothers reactions are wrong. She has poited that out in someone elses instance, which she is exactly reacting the way she does. She does not realize it. How can I tell her that without hurting her feelings?

offer her to get out sometime and shop of have a coffee somewhere...
then at the peak of her comfortable and enjoyment, slowly say something about a secret which you want to tell about her..
this will make her curious, and then tell her politely and with love the things she had said which are wrong...
if she reacts the same way just tell her its for her own god because you are her child so you loved her so much that you only wanted the goodness to come out of her and not the shallow judgmental one. and the way she will be getting it wrong is also hurting you, because you were once a part of her...
if she listens, its the best thing and love her more... and if she don't, just keep silent, in few more days, again tell they same thing even if she is annoyed or irritated to hear it, and tell the words again, its because you care and love her thats why you are that persistent to emphasize it again and again no matter how much she will hate or give anger to you..she will always be your mother.. say it and this will heal her heart, from inside.. don't be afraid to voice out and say a word, sometimes its worth a voice to make a thing shine with clarity.
good luck my friend,
i will hope you can do it... take care..^_^
