help with paypal? don't understand

Ok...so I have a paypal basic account. I know the basics of paypal, so I'm not that far off. Ok this is what I know, please correct me if I know.
Basic paypal accounts can only transfer "paypal credit" However, you can only receive a cetrain number of transaction from people using credit cards.
Now, If I want to get the money, I can transfer the money to my bank account. Paypal won't tack on any fees (anyone want to confirm this?) Is there any other ways I can get a hold of my money instead of spending it on stores with paypal accounts?

Depend on your country. If you are of USA I think, you can deposit in a account bank but if you are of another country like me, I receive the money in my paypal account unverified (because I didnt put a international credit card in my seetings) but my email is verified. In my country I receive this money with a person that buy my currencies and deposit in my bank account. Try search a forum that make this changes of e-currencies to real cash. If you dont want put your credit card information to verify your paypal account make it, try find someone that buy your paypal virtual money.

Yes, you can link it to your bank account. They will send 2 small amounts (under 30 cents usually) to your bank accout to confirm. I have linked my paypal to my bank. Like I said, all you have to do, is get on paypal and confirm the amounts that they transferred into your account.

mylot recommend a premium so go for it!they take a small fee i dont know how much!and dont give your credit card to any site.it is not secure.even credit card number given to a secured site ;like paypal is not safe.paypal asking cc number to verify you.you can withdraw money even without verified.but there is a limit!
you can do following things even you are unverified;
---you can withdraw amount from paypal within a monthly limit of $500 USD and total limit $3,000 USD
(if you are from india, account created in India cannot add bank account to their PayPal account. The only option is to request a check but the minimum check you can withdraw is $150.00 USD. So I think it will be better to use the $ USD that you have to purchase something.
