Do you delete your computer history frequently?and WHY

I delete my computer history every night before I go to bed.For two main reasons..one being that it helps clean some of the cookies and helps my computer run a bit faster then if it where all filled up with useless info.And secondly because I have a nosey computer user in my house that likes to dig into the computer at where I had visited.
What about you..how often do you clean up your history on your computer?

yes i do it on a daily basis...to help my pc run faster also...

I tend to delete my history at least weekly or when i remember:) It's a good idea to do it every once in a while at least to clean up all the stuff that isn't needed.
