well you will gain weight if you get pregnant again, you have too do that to have a healthy baby, but it seems like you dont really want another baby right now and i think that is the bigger issue, i think that's what you need to fucus on right now.

Gaining weight may be a problem. You must think of the consequences. You have to seek your doctor's advise. but come to think of it, you are adding another joy to your family if you will have another baby. and having the joy of being a mother cannot be paid of.

Weight gain and pregnancy comes hand in hand. It's super easy to put on the weight and not so easy to get it off. However, you don't have to put on a bunch of weight just because you get pregnant.
If you take prenatal vitamins and eat two extra servings of dairy and an extra peanut butter sandwich every day.. that's ALL a baby requires for the first two trimesters. Granted, you may want to eat more than that, but it's not necessary.
If you're not against having another baby, but just against gaining weight.. why not take a picture of yourself as you are now.. and get one from a previous pregnancy.. put them on the door of the fridge. That way, when you go to get that extra ice cream or pudding or whatever.. You'll see those photos and remind yourself that you DON'T want to gain a lot of weight.. so you'll skip those extra snacks.
If you currently exercise.. keep doing it. Just because a woman gets pregnant, doesn't mean she can't still exercise. Granted, we can't do kick boxing and long distance running, but there's no reason that a pregnant woman can't get on an eliptical machine or do yoga or just go for a walk for 30 minutes, twice a day.
If you want another baby, but you're just afraid of the weight gain.. there are things you can do. However, if the real problem is that you don't want another baby.. that's a whole other issue.

loosing weight is tough but possible and you can search online guidance to eat healthy without gaining too much weight during pregnancy. Search with the phrase "pregnancy without pounds".

you should talk to your husband. Sometimes, when we're over weight and pregnant it could end up in miscarriage. I'm sure he will understand...
