Why indians disobey rules in india but obey then abroad

there are several reasons. one being because of corruption.. people get out of law breaking easily by bribing.. so no one really cares. others are.. people just care for country for a sake of saying.. and not really putting efforts, people doesnt understand that keeping country clean is also love that you are showing to the country. and last thing is.. many people are not aware of.. people dont know our constitution.. basic rules and regulations.

They don't know what the rules are there for.

The rules in other countries are strictly followed..but in our coutries rules are made for us..people of our country think tat we can change the rules..
