how do you upload pictures with your discussion?

How do you upload pictures along with your discussion? I read somewhere that you need to have 500 posting to be able to do it but I see people posting pictures even if they have much less than 500 postings. How do they do it?

I was wondering that myself. But then I realized that the picture on the right hand side of a discussion is the picture the person chose from the interest list for the topic of discussion. If the picture is on the left hand size of the discussion, below the text, then they uploaded the picture. That you cannot do until you have 500 posts.

Oh i see. Since you have 1100 postings already I guess you can upload pictures already. how were you able to reach 1100 postings? it seems like a huge number and almost impossible to reach.
