Is india capable to lift the world cup as in 1983

i am from india and i will support my home team "india".i think south africa and india will come to final and south africa will win the cup!but newzeland also in good form.yesterday they beat australias huge score (340)!actually there are still chance for ausies!

I believe this world cup has many favourites.If the current Australian form is anything to go by,then a number of teams will rush in to fill up the void and this is largely due to several key players in the Aussie team retiring or suffering injuries at a critical phase.South Africa has already replaced Australia as the number one rated team.As for India's chances at the worldcup,if four or five players standup and take responsibility from the third match onwards then I think we have a good chance of playing in the semifinals.From there,the team that strategises better and adapts fast will take the worldcup.

australia is being flop these days and the chances for winning the world cup has increased for new zealand which have the best chances for winning it. little chances for india and pak too but according to me the one who would reach the finals would be south africa and new zealand.

I believe it will never happened this time. For winning a competition winning spirit is an essential factor required for all the players. I think only Ganguly and Srisanth has got this quality. all the other players are cool. They just comes and plays that is all, if you have the spirit you will play for a win , if you watch all the Indian games you can see how our plays the game. Of course cricket is a gentleman's game and our players are extra decent , but it cant help to take the cup home. And believe me a foreign coach cant help India to take cup. An Indian coach is better option as the other fellow is doing just a paid job,

may be In 1983, Their way of playing was entirely different. They played in a tricky way. But now,also playing well but need to improve more I love Dravid. I love Dravid very much. So that, i cannot keep quiet of his mistakes. Dravid is a good player But his fielding setup should increase am i right Who is in my side? 1. Yes or 2. No

yes dude..india has every chance of winning the world cup..and i am sure it will surely do....

as i am an indian i will support india,for sure.but i dont think india can win world cup because both south africa and australlia is in good form!i know newZealand beat ausies but i dont think they can win world cup.according to my opinion south africa will won world cup.finalist may be between india or ausies! best of luck india and sachin.many of my friends thinks sa will won!
