Is it very difficult to read ebooks on a printout?. I printed and ebooks once cause I find it hard to read on the computer screen as it tired my eyes easily and my reading speed slowed. But there are so many online link that you need to click on to get more info. Anyone have a better idea how to read ebooks easily? Any suggestion or solution for reading ebooks.

Reading a book over your computer is so uncomfortable, just get a regular book.

That same reason has turned me into an eBook user. I have a hard time seeking books I like in the bookstores in my country so I turn to eBooks. I don't order books online. They're too expensive and finding storage space is a problem. Many ebooks can be stored in a single CD. That's very convenient for me.

I read e-books from my computer. But I don't really enjoy it. It's because I have to sit on my not-so-comfortable chair and stare at the monitor all day long. I prefer to lay down on my bed and read the books. I don't print them out, cause they're gonna cost some ink and paper. I prefer buying real books (if their price ain't very high). After all, reading books on bed is the best.

Why dont you get a laptop and can sit at the sofa while reading the ebooks. I agreed with you - I like to read while lying down too.

I read e-books straight from the computer. I have collection of e-books great e-books that I read. I know it is tiring to read in front of your PC but if I feel my eyes get tired, I rest for some time and then get back reading again.

I admire your tolerence in taking a break from reading the ebooks on the computer when you felt tired. If for me, I just couldn't stop reading them if it is too good and exciting.

reading an ebook is really making your eyes tired, so the best way to read an ebook is to rest after about 25-30 minutes of reading, rest for about 10 minutes, then go on reading again. for me, the worst thing that happens to me while I'm reading an ebook on my computer is that I fall asleep hahaha..

That bad hah..the ebook must be very boring that make you snooze. Anyway thanks for the advise on getting away from the ebook after 25 or 30 mins reading it. I try to do that but I just hate to stop reading cause I want to faster finish them.

I would much rather print it out and sit in bed and read as well. Much more relaxing and plus staring at a computer screen for a long time makes my eyes go crooked!

I started reading an ebook from www.e-books.com but was not too happy with the experience. I prefer reading my books curled up in bed. Even a printed version of the ebook does not really seem like reading to me - it seems more like office work.

I read E-books over PC,at the same time I take out some points that be useful for me & store in word file. If necessary we can take print of that. Those key points r really helpful instead of reading whole book again.

I'm reading an ebook through my pocket pc. Aside from being handy and convenient, my only problem is my getting this blurred vision after hours of reading. Pausing or resting for 30 mins actually helps. I usually close my eyes and think about what I've read. I had never printed ebooks since my purpose for downloading them was to save money. I would only defeat that purpose if I print them all.

I had the same problem with the blurred vision. I try to rest my eyes, but sometimes it doesn't help at all. It will become watery and I felt heatiness in my eyes. I try to take vitamins for eyes for a few days, then I can continue reading the ebooks from my laptop.

Same experience all around here. I don't normally print out the e-book coz like someone said here, it defeats the purpose. So the next best thing is do is make the text really big so i dont need to really stare the screen and always make sure you have those anti-glare screen filter so it's easier on the eyes.

LAPTOP LAPTOP! I read all my e-books on my laptop. Sometimes it does make my eyes hurt but holding a regular book hurts my thumbs so I guess you just have to pick an evil and go with it.

Do you mean that instead of reading them, you listen to them after converting to audio using the special software?. If it is, what software is that?. Intresting, perhaps can listen while driving, save a lot of time.

Reading an ebook at PC monitor is very tiring. Sometimes i got headache. But this is the best thing that i do. For me i like both way. This is because when i need concentration, i print out the content but not the whole ebook. In the same time, i try to find a part or best point that i want to read and print out. With these way i can get more attention and release stress when reading. Secondly it can save my money by print out the whole ebook to read!! So what you think about my opinion??
