What do you think that what should be CRITERIA for CONTRACT of CRI player?

Performance is really important for the team to come up. But then one can't ignore the seniority. The experience really counts. So the selection squad should come up with the perfect mixture of both. Its a tough job but someone has got to do it. The best team should be selected that has all the ingredients what it takes to win the matches.

I strongly freel that performance or merit should be the main criteria for awarding contracts to players. Since those who perform should be suitably rewarded this will motivate those players to do much better and will also serve an encourgement for all players to give their best. and seniors who don't perform will also feet the heat and perform otherwise they will take their places in indian team for granted which should not be the case. Moreover if they performed well in past they were paid & rewarded suitably then, and you don't get paid in job this year for what you did last year, so thing should needs to be applied here too. So accountability should brought into indian team and then their performances will become consistent. And players adversely affected will surely protest but if Indian cricket borad is firm they will fall in line.
