Right now I am on Charter Communications' 5MBS connection. It is the fastest residential connection that they have in this area. the next step up is the 7MBS that is for business. Charter also has a 1.5 and a 3 MBS connection but those are just too slow for mee.

Hopefully someday you will reach the higher speeds. But that 3MBS connection you are getting is no laughing matter as it is very fast on it's own. I only say that it is slow for mee because I have been on this 5 for a year or so now.
Thank you for the response and have a great day!!

Well, I have a connection speed of just 70 Kbps. That may seem to you very low, but I am satisfied. Generally I use the internet for surfing, checking mails, and to upload, or download files. That is indeed normal.
While surfing, or checking mails, I don't have any problem. Also I can easily download big files. but, when I try to Upload files, it takes a good amount of time. Also sometimes the upload fails. Here only I have a genuine problem with the speed.
