whose the obligation to give a better life way of living?

is it our parents to give a better life way of living to their children? or the children will obliged to give a better life way of living to their parents after they finish their college degree?which is the right thing to do?

It is absolutely, parents responsibility to make their children life better. Matured parents will not expect thier children to make their life better.

but why some parents expect that their children will give a better life way of living after their children will finish their college degree and have a stable job already?and why some children will think that they have an obligation to fulfill after they will finish their studies and have a stable income?

As you said, every parent will expect their children to take care of them after studies and securing a Job. But most children fail to take care of their parents, as they will be busy searching/with partners. So wise parents should not expect from their children, as it will lead to dissapointment.
