People are talking about rates and reputation, how comes am not rated?

Until you have posted 100 responses you won;t have a star. The star is your mylot reputation and some people value their reputation. The stars range from 1 through 10 the higher the star the higher your mylot reputation. Their was a glitch in the system and mylot reputaion hasn't been updating the last few days, that has been corrected and so some people saw a dramatic difference in their reputation this morning.
