I am a manager a major fast food restaurant. My problem is that my rm is a snatch. She is a two-faced lying jerk. My question to you is. Would you continue to be nice to her to keep your job or would you tell her what you thought of her?

seriously tell her let it all out and just make sure you have a witness so that things cant be twisted. You'll feel 10 times better once you have it off your chest.

I want to do that but I also want to wait till I have a new job just in case. I need to get out of fast food that for sure. I used to love to cook but after doing this for 5years I really don't enjoy it as much. I mean I like it but it doesn't fill me with the same joy it used to.

Yeah i get wht you mean im sure it will take you no time to get another job maybe thats best if she can make ur life hell then give it to her!!

well if u can, dont mind her, dont talk to her as much as u can. so that she will notice that she's out of the place.

I don't talk to her anymore then I have to. I just really don't like the way she treats everbody.

If ur job is at stake, then i would suggest u continue to be nice to her. but if you are secure and not really bothered of loosing ur job, then u must let her know what u feel about her...Who knows, maybe she'll realise it and try to compensate.
