how to face that situation

imagin: if your family is in such a mess that uncle often quarrel with aunty, big uncle quarrel with younger uncle,grandpa dislike his daugter in law... and you feel very weak in changing that situation, what you will do?

I can imagine that situation because my mothers family is like that. They always quarrel each other and they will not to each other in even longer period of times. But there will be situation in their lives that make them reunited again. They are like tom and gerry. It so annoying but i cannot do anything because they are old enough and will not listen anymore to advises.

It seems here is better, at least my mother as oldest sister try to make them in harmony, I do want to have a peaceful family, dislike anybody of them is not of my will
