Do you think is rude to leave solicitation mail on people's door?

i live in a city (austin, tx) and people leave solicitations on my door all the time. it's not a big deal. you should peruse your city's codes, though, because you may need a permit to leave flyers or something. just a heads up. good luck with avon! i know a few people who have made a lot of money with it.
