office relations need comments

I have an officemate whom we feel has bi-polar psychological disorder. She makes all people feel that she can be on top of everything. HOwever, she always makes a mess out of our lives in the office. She also has a way of making people believe on her lies. She can also twist events into her advantage. All people in the office are already aware of what she is doing, however, management still believes in her. If you were in my place, what will you do.

I think no matter where we work or what type of job we might have, there is always someone like this.The best thing to do is only communite with her concerning the work at hand and dont discuss any personal issues around her.Also talk to the management openly and honestly,If enough people come forward concerning this lady then maybe they will finely do something to correct the situation.Also I would talk to this lady.You can do it in a kind but firm way and tell her that you are upset with her actions and that you want no part of it.

i had a similar problem before and turned out that shes a kleptomaniac.so i guess i have a reason why shes making a mess out of people. she has a pyschological problem and i guess shes financially a mess.
