Salary!!!

of course its not just the salary... there are more important things why one changes job. One is the sense of belonging in that organization. if you're detached, chances are, you will not be happy. You will always feel heavy every morning knowing that you will do the same old routinary work in a place full of people that makes you feel awkward. Another is the fulfillment you get from a job. It makes us feel that there really is a sense of doing what we need to do. If you are not fulfilled as a worker, you'll feel like what you do is always wasted because you cannot find good reasons from within you why you think your job is worth your time and effort.

Salary to some extent can be a reason for changing the job. If I am happy with the job that I am doing even with an okay salary I dont mind staying. But I would not like to be at a place where the work environment is bad with a bad salary. I guess for me salary dosen't matter so much.

I changed a very good salary job for the following reasons. I worked every day for one year without a day off. That's right...365 days. I worked 8 to 12 hours a day. Mostly 12. At the end of one year, I put in for my vacation and it was denied. I didn't give them a notice and quit on the spot. I've never regreted it.

thats what i used to do at my initial years of employment... i have been working for 3-4 years now and i no longer change jobs for better salary ... for me work environment that i work is more important ...
