After all the waiting we have finally found a home.

I have seen the final closing take a little as two weeks! But that is also depending on if one has a pre-approved loan. Who know...you posted this 3 weeks ago...maybe you have already closed or are getting ready to close. Either way, congrats!!!! Sorry about giving congrats so late. I have been trying to catch up on my email notifications of friends new discussions...and well, there are soooo many and I am having a hard time keeping up. So, if you see that I respond to an old discussion, that is just me trying to be fair to all my friends and trying to catch up and answer all. :)
