Ok you remember when Michael had to be rushed to the hospital when he was having the molestation trial?
Well there was a woman ther who was moved from her room I guess because he wanted the ward to himself well anyway she had a heart atack and when they moved her she had a secod heart attack later that day and died. Do you think they should sue Michael Jackson? Do you think they should sue the hospital?

I guess the hospital has the more responsibility in taking care of the patient, Jacko was just an individual that do have a right. He too is suffering that time, and the woman was just caught between Michael Jackson and the hospitals regulations. I think Michael has nothing to do to whatever the woman suffered, the staffs are the more responsible in monitoring her conditions.

I think they should sue the hospital. They should not cater different to famous people. We all should hae the same treatment. We all know that doesn't happen, but it is discrimination.

The hospital was the one to decide to move the lady and they were in control of her and the care she was receiving at all times. Why are they even looking at sueing Michael Jackson? He did not make the decision,I presume he did not move the lady to a new room and take away his name and it was just another person being moved into the room.If the family wants to sue the hospital for mistreatment or malpractise or what ever, then good luck to them. But to sue the new patient for a decision made by the hospital makes no sense!

I think they should sue the hospital. Michael Jackson should have been treated like everyone else and put in a private room or something. He could of had his bodyguards outside. I don't think the rich and famous deserve any special treatment in getting other patient moved. They won't do it for me.
