I am starting to learn to play football.I have heard about this rule called offside.please explain me about it.

Off-Side is the position when the referee thinks you shouldn't be there where you are

if you're standing offside it means that you are standing between the opposing team's last defender and the goalkeeper.

offside is when one of your team players is on the opponents side while playing
