hey friend, welcome to mylot first, well you will get star with rating only after reaching to 100 posts, and rating will be depending upoan your particpation inmylot so far,reputation and money depends on various factors, first of all, how long time you spends on mylot, second one how quality replies to discussions you posts, as here i spends hardly one or two hours per day, but i keep on searching good discussions to respond, keep uploading photos, which boosts your earnings, it doesn't make sense with number of posts when you posts one liner response, so just avoid that, hope my infornation will help you,rest best luck and happy earning!!!

You recieve a star after you reach a certain amount of post , it is awful because I don't even remember what it was that I got it at either 100 or 500 but if you look in the rules it should tell you in there . Then the star depends on the quality of your posts and how you respond to other's . There is more about this is the rules as well . Hope this helps .

I got my first star this morning which means I got at least 100 posts. Stars are added when you reach a certain number of posts.

Just be active, and make your posts in good quality. Also rate comments for thoose who comments your post. I think your star will be showed after you have made 100 posts. thanks.
